Your Change Can Change Lives

Donating your spare change has a huge impact on the families utilizing Ronald McDonald House Charities programs. St. Louis area McDonald's customers donated over $3 million in 2024 through Round-Up for RMHC, donation boxes, Penny for a Happy Meal and other seasonal fundraisers.

These donations support our mission and expand our services so we can provide families with seriously ill children a home-away-from-home. These services included renovations to two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and expansion to a new room. These oases are equipped with up-to-date appliances, furniture, and technology.

Ronald McDonald Family Rooms allow families to rest, shower, do laundry, or eat just steps away from patient rooms while their child is receiving treatment in the hospital.
