Giving at McDonald’s

Why Donate through your local McDonald's?

Whether paying with cash, card, or on the app, donating through Round-Up at your local McDonald's supports seriously ill or injured children and their families. We are grateful for our founding and forever partner, McDonald's.

Your Change Can Change Lives

The Average Round-Up donated through local McDonald's franchises is 64 cents. Your small donation has a huge impact on the families utilizing Ronald McDonald House Charities programs. Through the generosity of the St. Louis region RMHC St. Louis has received $2 million dollars annually to improve and expand our services.

These services included renovations to two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms and expansion to a new room. These oases are equipped with up-to-date appliances, furniture, and technology. Services provided in our Family Rooms save families' time and allow them to rest properly so they can support their children when they need it most.

Round-Up for RMHC is not the only opportunity to donate at your local McDonald's franchise. If you're carrying loose cash and change, you can still donate through the RMHC donation box program. These boxes can be found at the indoor front counter and drive-thru.

Four Reasons to Round-Up for RMHC

Testimonials

"This is the best thing I have ever done in my career. I wake up in the morning, go to the Round-Up numbers, and see what we have done. It warms my heart that we have something positive in a bigger way."

Joan Elhoffer

McDonald's Owner/Operator

"Round-Up has been a great way for our customers to support the local St. Louis RMHC chapter during the most challenging times. Our crew and managers have created a great connection with the charity and the positive influence they have on the community."

Chris Giarla

Christian Foods, Owner/Operator

"I never imagined my son having cancer. When people say it's their worst nightmare, it literally was. I would go up to the Family Room and relax to collect my composure. When you visit the family room it's like being at home- you need the feeling of being comfortable. Now, I ask every car to Round-Up and I train the crew to ask everyone."
