This year marks the 45th birthday of Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis. As we celebrate this milestone, it brings to mind the many birthdays that take place inside our House every day, often between hospital visits and long nights of waiting.

These are not the celebrations any family imagines. Yet because of your compassion, they still happen.

Parents gather close to sing “Happy Birthday.” Siblings laugh and act silly together. Families hold on to moments of normalcy when so much feels uncertain. Even on the hardest days, they are together.
