Nora Black

Nora Black is a long-time volunteer for Ronald McDonald House, serving on their Human Resources Board Committee since 2010 where she lends her 20 years of human resources experience. Throughout her HR career, her work has been grounded in balancing the interests of the people and the business in equal measure to build high-performance cultures of trust rooted in the organization’s values.

Today, Nora serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lanter Delivery Systems, a fast-growing, national logistics company, and a leader in overnight, unattended delivery services headquartered in St. Louis, MO.  She holds an MBA and BS, in Business Administration from the Universities of Missouri – St. Louis and Columbia, respectively. She also currently serves as a Board Member of the St. Louis Area Foodbank.  As a wife and mother of four, she holds dear the mission of Ronald McDonald House and looks forward to many more years of partnership and service.
