Jeremy Brummond

Jeremy serves as Practice Group Leader for the Construction Law Practice Group within Lewis Rice’s Litigation Department. While his primary focus is on design and construction matters, Jeremy represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation. His clients include property owners, design professionals, general contractors, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and material suppliers. He advises these clients on contract negotiation and drafting and frequently represents them in litigation involving construction and design defects, delay and lost productivity claims, and mechanic’s lien and payment bond disputes.

Jeremy is a member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry, a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’s Construction Law Committee, and a panel arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). He has been selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars® (2010–2014) and Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® (2015–2024). He was named among the “Top 50” St. Louis area Super Lawyers® in 2018, 2021, and 2024, and among the “Top 100” Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers® in 2024. Jeremy has also been recognized by Best Lawyers® from 2019 to 2026 and is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers USA for Construction Law.
