Carrie Lee

Carrie Lee serves as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Carrie provides senior leadership for patient care services and nursing functions. She is a highly motivated nursing and healthcare executive dedicated to making a meaningful impact on child health, quality outcomes, nursing excellence, and team success. Carrie is committed to providing excellent patient and family experiences through leading and developing others.

Carrie has dedicated her professional career to serving the pediatric population where she previously served as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Carrie led strategic initiatives for patient care, including a focus on quaternary care strategy, ranking and outcomes, and clinical research integration. Carrie holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Texas Christian University, Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration/Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix, and bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas. She is member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Carrie is a board-certified Nurse Executive and serves as a preceptor and mentor to DNP students.

Carrie is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a handsome son. When Carrie is not at work she loves spending time with her family, boating, and being in the great outdoors.
